I love the way Genesis opens up the Bible with an amazing description of how BIG God is! It is hard to wrap my mind around how BIG our God is that He made everything on this earth. From the tiniest, microscopic detail, to the largest animals - God made it all. He created it and I love remembering that he maintains it too. Even today, God is still creating and maintaing our earth. It is all His. So, when I start to think I have created and am maintainng my own world, Genesis 1 snaps me back to reality!
